Stuck? Here is how to get unstuck.
Contact
Email support@quicklifts.app. Say which platform you are on and, if it is about a line the app misread, paste the line. Most answers come within a day or two.
Writing sets
One exercise per line, sets after the name. The grammar card shows everything the parser understands, and the full card is one tap from the editor inside the app. The two rules that resolve most confusion: A×B is sets × reps when A is 10 or less, otherwise weight × reps, and @N is RPE when N is 10 or less, otherwise a weight.
Sync and offline
The app works without reception. Changes are saved on the device and pushed to your account when you are online and signed in. If two devices edited the same workout offline, the latest edit wins. If something looks out of date, open the app with a connection and give it a few seconds.
Signing in
You can sign in with an email code, Apple or Google. All of them lead to the same account if they share the email address. The email code mailer is rate limited, so if a code does not arrive, wait a few minutes or use another method.
Deleting your account
Email support@quicklifts.app from the address on your account and ask. The account and everything stored with it is deleted within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what is stored.
Exercise data
Exercise names, muscles and artwork come from RepDB. If an exercise is missing, add it as a custom exercise from the exercise list; it syncs with your account like everything else.
